The magazine blog is still on sort-of hiatus while my family and I travel bask East. By the time you read this, we’ve been to Connecticut and Albany, NY, and now we’ve circled back south to the Hudson Valley. We’re staying in Beacon, an artsy community not far from East-Coast family.
But today is an opportunity to reach back and enjoy some of our feature stories from 2006.
Our inflammatory feature on “Fair Courts Under Fire” ran in February (and image that was suspiciously identical to another state bar association’s cover image only a few months later – hmmm).
March saw the first of our two-part series on what it was like to argue at the U.S. Supreme Court—by Arizona lawyers who have done it.
We covered the harm that voir dire limits do to justice in October.
In December, we asked, “Is Miranda Still With Us?”
